I started building my company almost nine years ago, and one thing I noticed early on (especially when I was raising venture capital) was the Sunday scaries. Even when I had a great week, Sunday felt like the lead-up to rejection. Monday mornings were when most investors would reply with a “no.”
(Side note: I pitched over 100 investors and raised more than $1 million from just three of them.)
That experience shaped me. But more importantly, it taught me the power of resetting.
